Refund policy


You can return goods ordered through the e-shop within 14 days of purchase by sending them to the address below.
Simply fill in the Withdrawal Notification Form , which you will send together with the returned goods, and enclose the invoice or a copy of it in the package.

The returned goods must be undamaged, unworn and including tags, in the same condition as you received them from us. Otherwise, you may be charged for the cost of returning the goods to a resalable condition.

Goods returned on delivery will not be accepted. Goods sent to a branch of the Parcel Service will not be collected!
If the ordered goods include a gift, the customer is obliged to return it upon return.


You can exchange your product within 14 days of purchase by sending it to the address below. Please fill in the Exchange Form together with the goods you are sending, and enclose the invoice or a copy of the invoice with the package.
You will be notified upon receipt and inspection of the goods. We will endeavour to deal with your matter in the shortest possible time (usually 3-5 days from delivery).



If the goods you have received from us are defective, non-functional or damaged, please notify us of the defects as soon as possible by e-mail to or by phone at 583 211 425. We would also ask you to fill in the complaint form. Please send the completed claim form together with the product to our address Tilak, a.s., Žerotínova 627/81, 787 01 Šumperk.

Defective or damaged goods will be repaired or replaced by mutual agreement and after sending the claimed goods to our address at the sender's expense.

The goods must be delivered complete as received from the seller. It must be dry and clean. If the goods arrive to us dirty or incomplete, they will be sent back to us with a claim for postage. We recommend that the goods are accompanied by all documents received by the buyer with the goods, such as invoice, warranty card, etc. Photocopies will suffice.

Do not forget to provide a contact (preferably by phone) for any clarification.

Your claim will be processed within 30 days of receipt at our address. We will inform you of the settlement by phone or email.

The seller does not accept liability for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional features and damages from non-professional use of the products, as well as damages caused by external events and faulty handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty provided.

The warranty period is 48 months for Tilak Military Gear products and 24 months for other goods.
